Russell Simmons and CNN's Don Lemon have had a public dispute over assessing blame for plight in the black community. The spat was sparked by Lemon's assertion that Bill O'Reilly's case that personal decisions alone are to blame doesn't go far enough, including a suggestion that young black men need to pull up their pants .
